Sole: Made of two layers of polyurethane/nitrile rubber, directly injected in the upper; softer and lighter midsole (first layer) - density 0,4g/cm³, providing more comfort; and more compact sole (second layer) – density 1,05g/cm³, sharp objects and abrasion resistant with antislip system made up of special grooves, 3mm height and 6mm width, conductive heat resistance of 300 ° C for up to one minute.
Upper and strap Lining: Non-woven in short fibers with a minimum 1,9 thickness.
Toe cap: ultra-resilient polymer, withstanding 200J impact and
compression up to 1500Kg (N) and 51% lighter than steel toe caps.
It also has antimagnetic and anti-corrosive properties besides being
undetectable by metal detectors.
Hygienic Insole: Anatomically conform in EVA antifugal/antibacterial, made up of micro-stitches providing sweat absorption and desorption.
Assembly insole: Non-metalic perforation resistant up to 1100N,
made in multiple layers in fiber 100% polyester. Protecting all the plantar surface of the feet.
