Sole: Made of two layers of polyurethane, directly injected in the upper; softer and lighter midsole (first layer) - density 0,4g/cm3, providing more comfort; and more compact sole (second layer) – density 0,9 g/cm3, abrasion resistant with antislip system made up of special grooves, 3mm height and 6mm width and slip resistance on ceramic steel floor (SRC level).
Upper and strap Lining: Non-woven in short fibers with a minimum
1,9 thickness.
Toe cap True-line = Cytoplasmic activated at 200 ºC, hot applied by fusing it to the uppers, 0.9mm thickness.
Hygienic Insole: Anatomically conform in EVA antifugal/antibacterial, made up of micro-stitches providing sweat absorption and desorption.
Assembly insole: Upper sewed by strobel system, resin and needle-polyester- 2,0mm thick.
